Refunds

14-day refund

If the Wedding Pass isn't right for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of buying it and you'll get the full amount back. No questions asked.

How to ask

  • Reply to the receipt Stripe emailed you, or write to [email protected] from the email on your account.
  • The Wedding Pass is sold by Stripe as merchant of record, so the money goes back the way you paid, through Stripe. It usually shows within 5–10 working days.

What happens to your plans

When a refund goes through, the Pass stops unlocking features (HD and vertical videos, prints, the full-size poster, the caterer's list and anything else it covered). Your layouts, guest list and everything you made stay exactly as they are.

After 14 days

If your wedding is postponed, tell us the new date and we'll extend your Pass to cover it, free. If it's cancelled, or something didn't work for you, write to us: we look at every request individually and we'd rather be fair than strict.

Your legal rights

This is on top of your rights under consumer law. UK law usually gives you 14 days to cancel a digital purchase, but that right ends once you start using it (if you agreed to that when buying). Ours doesn't: you get the 14-day refund whether or not you've used the Pass. If the Pass is faulty or not as described, you also have the legal right to have it fixed or replaced, or to get some or all of your money back.
